Using our brand NEW blend of Perfect Fit Protein, these scrumptious pancakes not only deliver clean, plant-based protein for lean muscles and a healthy metabolism, but they’re also loaded with body-loving superstars, including zinc, magnesium and omega fatty acids.

These chocolate delights are not only gluten free & vegetarian, but they’re also perfect for a decadent breakfast or festive brunch!

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CRUNCH PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup egg white
  • 1 scoop chocolate Perfect Fit Protein
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tbs almond milk

DIRECTIONS

Mash banana in a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and stir until fully incorporated. Spray pan with non-stick spray, pour in batter. Cook on medium-low heat, flipping after a few minutes! Drizzle with raspberry sauce & cacao nibs.

RASPBERRY SAUCE: Mash 1 cup of fresh raspberries in a bowl with 1/2 tbsp honey. Warm up in the microwave for 1 minute. Pour over your pancake and sprinkle with cacao nibs.

Use the same exact ingredients and directions as above, but bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes in a pre-sprayed muffin tin!
