CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CRUNCH PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup egg white
- 1 scoop chocolate Perfect Fit Protein
- ½ banana, mashed
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cacao powder
- 1 Tbs almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Mash banana in a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and stir until fully incorporated. Spray pan with non-stick spray, pour in batter. Cook on medium-low heat, flipping after a few minutes! Drizzle with raspberry sauce & cacao nibs.
RASPBERRY SAUCE: Mash 1 cup of fresh raspberries in a bowl with 1/2 tbsp honey. Warm up in the microwave for 1 minute. Pour over your pancake and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
